What baffles is that some say the ruling is asking for cleaning of register by what means? What hurt most is how some senior journalists and lawyers took to lambast Justice Dotse, SCJ on his speak up on the judgement saying he had no right to talk about it. What is wrong with that? Absolutely there is nothing wrong with it because he can present a paper using this judgement at any gathering. This is because the case has been ruled already not in court awaiting judgement.
