SUPREME COURT AND SOCIAL MEDIA BROUHAHA

themes
What a country we live where everybody is free to talk his or her mind at any least thing that happens. Not quite long ago the Supreme Court gave judgement to a ruling which in my common and to many other is that the Electoral Commission should delete the news of those who registered with the National Health Insurance Card and be given the chance to register again. What baffles is that some say the ruling is asking for cleaning of register by what means?

What hurt most is how some senior journalists and lawyers took to lambast Justice Dotse, SCJ on his speak up on the judgement saying he had no right to talk about it. What is wrong with that? Absolutely there is nothing wrong with it because he can present a paper using this judgement at any gathering. This is because the case has been ruled already not in court awaiting judgement.

Another instance that hurt most is the struggle for supremacy by the Police and users of Social Media. I see no wrong with if social media platforms are blocked on election day. Some may argue that this is the easiest way of sending information across but let us ask ourselves that is it every moment that we stay online? Probably NO! Why don't we do that via phone calls instead because that will be better than using social media.

#My candid opinion.
